Built in 2016 from the vestiges of an old iron and boiler works shop, The Pearl's industrial aesthetic owes much of its design to local sculpture artist and venture partner, Alexis Laurent. His bespoke artwork is elegantly showcased throughout the building’s contemporary accents, beautiful airy event spaces, and a rooftop farm that doubles as an breathtaking rooftop terrace with bay views.
Accommodating up to 700 guests, the novel multi-level space is ideal for hosting corporate events, meetings, receptions and fundraisers. It proudly features a main room adorned with soaring 31-foot cedar clad ceilings and original steel cranes converted into floating gardens that hang in the airspace above. The Pearl also features a mezzanine, and a fully equipped in-house catering kitchen.
