With two separate floors of versatile venue space totaling over 24,000 square feet, you can coordinate anything from corporate meetings and business functions to art openings, product launches, private screenings, musical and dramatic performances, fundraisers, auctions, gala receptions, private parties and more.
The gallery frequently has contemporary artists on exhibition, or you can plan your own installations. This venue space can be customized with lighting, draperies, room dividers, custom furniture and more. For business functions and other types of performances, multimedia capabilities include live-feed, real-time conferencing.
Lofty ceilings, gleaming Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, and an adjacent reception area with floor-to-ceiling windows (black out options available) are just a few highlights of the Terra Gallery, the building’s spacious upper level. With a flexible open floor plan, the gallery offers 5,000+ feet of venue space to create your choice of event environment. The reception area is accented with additional plants, leather furniture, and a baby grand piano. The Terry Gallery also has its own state-of-the-art Bose sound system.
On the lower level, Mer offers beautiful hardwood floors, a stylish bar area with inlaid glass tiling, large windows, a separate receiving room, and a built-in oak stage complete with lighting options. Adjacent is an additional landscaped outdoor area that can be tented to seat up to 300 more people for your event needs.
