The latest and greatest developments in cloud technology are explored every year at the Google Cloud Platform Global User Conference. This year it was held at Pier 48 over two action-packed days and we put together special menus each day to keep attendees happy and full throughout the whole conference, including the big bash. This was a very exciting event for us as we were able to introduce some new menu items that our chefs have been working very hard on.
For lunch we served our new Wine Country Barbecue Buffet that included Barbecued Breast of Chicken with Cheesy Hometown Grits and Slow Roasted Barbecue Pork with Corn Bread Croutons.
The big bash was the perfect time for us to unveil our new Spanish Pintxos and Paella. The Paella was a lot of fun to watch our chefs prepare and we offered From the Sea and From the Earth options that included a variety of colorful vegetables.
For dessert, we channeled the artists in us and broke out our paint brushes to perform our new Dessert Street Art. Guests had a front row seat to the action and got to be a part of the process from witnessing the setup and execution to eating the finished art.
