Opticon 2015

We were so pleased to be a part of Opticon 2015 produced by Trademark Event Productions, Inc at the beautiful Pier 27. Opticon is a two-day conference that educates on experience optimization, with best practices, live demos, consulting sessions, and lessons from industry leaders. After a full day of seminars, over 600 attendees had a blast at the Opticon Bash where there were games, our specialty drink bars, bubbles and, of course, our tasty food and treats. We created a very unique menu for this event and took guests on a journey around the world, from ultra savory to delightfully sweet.

We started the bash off with Wine Country Savory “Sundaes” and a Fusion Taco Bar where we served up Baja-Style “Fish and Chips” Tacos. Guests were also treated to an International Sliders Bar and our signature Little Havana Bar.

Throughout the festivities, our diligent servers where ever-present to pass around such small bites as Crispy Fried Chicken and Buttermilk Waffle Bites,  Miniature “Burger” Bites and Tom Ka Soup Shooters. Meanwhile, our mixologists wowed the crowd with Nitro-Margaritas, where the preparation of the drinks was just as fun as consuming them.

The exciting and eventful night was topped off with some sweetness in the form of tray-passed Gourmet Mini Cupcakes and hand spun, made-to-order Cotton Candy.

Everyone had a fabulous time at this great event and we are so proud to have been a part of it. Great food, a beautiful view and lively company, who could ask for more?
