The magic of the holidays was on full display at the Galleria for a large masquerade themed holiday party. Each level of the venue contained fun activities from food stations and bars to lounges and casino games. Guests were greeted by a statuesque champagne lady as acrobats roamed around among the bustling crowd doing tricks and striking impressive poses, and aerialists flanked the DJ who spun dance worthy hits. We had a fantastic time taking in the eye-catching décor while doling out portions from our Winter in Wine Country Savory “Sundae” Bar, Southern Sleigh Ride Station and the Mission Street Masquerade that served Baja-Style “Fish and Chips” Tacos. Our pastry chef’s selection of Petits Fours made the rounds and included delicate bites like Roasted White Chocolate with Cedar-Smoked Figs and Banana and Caramel Crémeux Snowcaps. Just in case guests came down with a case of the late night munchies, we had that covered! Servers made sure each guest could sample Mini Cake Donuts, Chocolate-Covered Bacon on a Stick, and Hot Cocoa for the Road among other treats. You can turn any theme into the perfect holiday party with magical décor, a little imagination and, of course, the right combination of savory and sweet cuisine. Happy Holidays!
