We are thrilled to unveil a new feature on our website’s Find a Venue Search Tool, giving busy meeting, event, and wedding planners the ability to place a hold or book a venue online, anywhere and in real-time, right from our site, in conjunction with First-Hold.
First-Hold is a state-of-the-art online real-time space management system that allows venues to publish their available space, dates and rates, enabling planners to hold space on a first-come, first-served basis – all automated online and available 24/7 across all mobile and desktop platforms, free of charge. Holding a space at a venue is now as easy as booking anything else online.
This means that when searching for a venue for your upcoming event on our Global Gourmet Catering website, when you find that perfect event space and its marked as A First-Hold Venue, simply enter the Event Date, Number of Guests and click Check Availability. You’ll then enter First-Hold’s reservation system and will know right away if your chosen venue is available and how much it costs, in which case you can place a courtesy hold or reserve the date on a first-come, first-served basis, or be given other options to choose from if not. It’s that quick and that easy.
There is no cost to place a hold and no service fees to book a venue. You’ll just need to sign-up and register one time as a First-Hold customer so the venue managers know you’re legit.
