We were featured on the lovely Style Me Pretty, again! As we’ve said before, we feel lucky to have such wonderful clients and when you combine clients with planners we work with, it’s double the fun. Britt worked with one of our favorite wedding planners, Dream a Little Dream Events, so we were honored when she selected us to handle all catering needs (and excited because we knew it was going to be a stunning wedding!)
Their catered reception menu kicked off which a Parisian Brasserie that included smoked duck breast, country style pate and a selection of fresh seasonal vegetables with celery root remoulade. The guests also noshed on truffled wild mushroom risotto bites and tandoori prawn skewers with black mustard seed raita.
For entrees guests enjoyed a selection of Braised Creekstone Natural Beef Short Rib or Pan Roasted Local Lake Trout with Pomegranate Gastrique.
To end the evening sweetly, the couple offered guests Global Gourmet’s fresh baked French Macaroons and Tequila‑Infused Pumpkin Panna Cotta, perfect for the season.
