Here are a few photos from one of our recent “Winter Wonderland” themed holiday parties held at the Asian Art Museum for 340 guests. This year our client opted for stations instead of a seated dinner providing for a less formal, festive atmosphere complete with specialty cocktails, a rocking DJ and numerous couches with white faux fur blankets around the venue to cozy up to.
Guests were greeted with sparkling wine and offered a selection of Hors D’ Oeuvres including our Tiny Thai Tombo Tuna Tacos, Inside Out “BLTs,” Herb Roasted Eggplant and Mushroom Panisse and Thai Curry Risotto Bites.
Savory Stations included an Izakaya Station, a Brazilian Churrascaria Carving Station, and Oaxacan Tamales while our Dessert Table featured our Pastry Chef’s Seasonal Selection of Petits Fours, S’More Pops and a Make-Your-Own Hot Cocoa Bar and a Coffee & Tea Station, so nobody was “Frozen” at all at this event. (Our “Mule-Tide” Specialty Cocktail didn’t hurt either.)
