A Look Back

Now that the year is drawing to a close, we’re delighted to take a look back at some of our favorite catering events from 2023 in anticipation of all the upcoming excitement of 2024!

We kicked off this year with the San Francisco General Hospital’s Annual “Hearts in SF” gala at City Hall. Global Gourmet Catering was honored to be a part of the fundraising cause, which was a gorgeous, two-part event consisting of a formal, sit-down dinner of doctors and dignitaries followed by a wildly fun “Hearts After Dark” party. We are excited to be partnering with the SFGHF again in 2024 to celebrate the gala’s 20th anniversary!

And who could forget the elaborate circus-themed company picnic we hosted at Menlo Circus Club this summer? Our design team went sky’s-the-limit on this one; it was all hands on deck to ensure every detail was properly in place and all food was spectacularly arranged.

We even hosted events on an aviation tarmac surrounded by planes! We even brought our mobile pizza oven, which isn’t just for pizza. We also offer a variety of delicious wood-fired mini plates, like our Hearth Prawns Plate with Cranberry Beans and Artichoke Hearts and our Wood-fired Beets with Garbanzo Beans and Calamansi Aioli.

We thank all our partners, clients, guests, and team members for a fantastic 2023, and look forward to an even better 2024!
