Although Stephanie and Dalen live in New York, they decided that the picturesque backdrop of San Francisco would be the perfect setting for their wedding so Stephanie, a Bay Area native, could have her special day take place in her hometown. This beautiful couple had a spectacular day filled with lots of smiles, laughter, and tears of joy.
The I do’s were said and the rings exchanged on the luscious lawn of the Legion of Honor at the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco in front of 170 guests. Cocktail hour followed inside the galleries where the guests enjoyed the basil aromas of our specialty Cali-75 and warmed up with the bourbon, orange and chocolate flavors of our “Man Cave” cocktail. In between sips, the guests sampled our tray passed hors d’oeuvres of Roasted Garlic Crusted Carpaccio of Beef Tenderloin, Local Dungeness Crab and Bay Shrimp Cakes, Duck and Shiitake Bulgogi Sliders and Herb Roasted Eggplant and Mushroom Panisse.
Dinner was served in the lovely, downstairs Café where the guests started their meal with a Salad of Roasted Gold Beets, Burrata and Arugula. After the salad plates were cleared, the aromas of the delicately prepared entrees filled the room. Everyone was given an option of Grilled Rib Eye Steak Medallion, Roasted Black Cod, and Freeform Mushroom and Swiss Chard Raviolo. The night ended with a unique three-tiered ice cream cake that everyone devoured.
This was truly a beautiful wedding and we want to thank Stephanie and Dalen for choosing Global Gourmet as their wedding caterer for their big day!
