Anyone who is on Pinterest has seen “that” white flower petal cake so we were not surprised when we were sent the image and asked to “please make me this cake.” Global Gourmet’s Pastry Chef, James McCann was up for the “Pinterest Challenge” to make a bride’s dream come true.
On September 13th at the Asian Art Museum James delivered the masterpiece and everyone’s mouth dropped when we watched him place the delicate sugar petals cascading down the stunning white fondant cake.
