Thinking Outside the "Box" for the Holidays

‘Tis the season to be jolly, thanks to all of the amazing holiday parties happening around the city. We catered another big holiday event, this time for the file sharing company Box at the always beautiful San Francisco City Hall. The lighting was spectacular and made you feel like you walked into a production of the Nutcracker. The presence of the bigger than life City Hall Christmas Tree decorated with hundreds of origami cranes was the perfect centerpiece to an amazing party.

Many different food stations were placed throughout the first and second floors and included Jefe’s Taqueria, and Curry in a Hurry, among others. Guests were invited to help themselves to the southern comforts of Bacon-Jalapeno Mac and Cheese, individual glass cups of our signature Chips N’ Dips and other tasty cuisine.

To pair with the savory bites, our special cocktail of the night was the Bobsled, which featured the flavors of Bourbon and St. Germain.

Throughout the night, guests played spirited games of pool and black jack and danced on a checkered floor with It’s a Wonderful Life playing on a screen behind the DJ.

Dessert was a special treat of Layered Chocolate Tiramisu Coupes and Lemon Meringue Tarts topped with delicately toasted Whipped Meringue that, when displayed by the dozens, looked like tiny snow-covered mountains. It was our way of bringing a little White Christmas to the Bay!
