At San Francisco-based Global Gourmet Catering, guests belly up for Crispy Buffalo Chicken bites, Truffle-Brie Fries and the ubiquitous California comfort food: "Animal-Style" Sliders.

Global Gourmet recently created an "Around the World" tasting menu for a couple desiring dishes from places they had traveled together. Cocktail hour combined Mediterranean and dim sum stations, while dinner featured foods from Italy such as Scallop Carpaccio along with Mushroom and Ricotta Tortellini.
