Global Gourmet Catering Expands High-End Entertainment Venue Presence with New Culinary Partnership with The Mountain Winery.
Effective March 1, Global Gourmet Catering is the exclusive catering and food and beverage boutique concessionaire for all events held at The Mountain Winery.
San Francisco, CA—March 12, 2019—Global Gourmet Catering, San Francisco’s premier fullservice catering and event planning company, today announces that they are the exclusive food and beverage services provider for all events held at The Mountain Winery—a historic vineyard located in the foothills of the Santa Cruz Mountains, which hosts more than 250 events each year. This partnership includes the venue’s annual summer concert series in its 61st season, its robust private and corporate events business, and management of the wine program, including The Mountain Winery Wine Club and the vineyard’s weekly wine tasting program.
Global Gourmet Catering’s world-class culinary team dedicated to The Mountain Winery includes Executive Chef Robert Grubbs and Executive Chef of Concessions Marcus Colbert who are focused on elevating the food, beverage, and service offerings to new levels. Event attendees, members of The Mountain Winery Wine Club, and participants in the vineyard’s public wine tasting program can now enjoy new menu items in addition to new desserts created by Global Gourmet’s Executive Pastry Chef Yigit Pura, winner of Top Chef, Just Desserts. Updated menus will be available for the Suite and Club Masson Level, Mountain Winery Restaurant, Tasting Room, Winery Deck and Plaza Concessions for the summer concert services.

In addition to the culinary offerings available to concert attendees and vineyard visitors, Global Gourmet Catering’s team creates highly customized private events featuring their culinary expertise and elevated service, bookable through The Mountain Winery Sales Office at (408) 741-2820. Premium ticket holders of The Mountain Winery concert season, including Suiteholders, Season Subscribers and guests seated in the new Masson Boxes may inquire about their new and enhanced specialty dining opportunities, including a three-course prix fixe menu at The Mountain Winery Restaurant upon purchase of their tickets. All attendees are welcome to book their reservation at The Mountain Winery Restaurant when tickets and dinner packages go on sale to the general public on April 8, 2019.
